We offer complementary shipping on all orders. All packages are insured with FedEx. Once your item has shipped, we will update you with a tracking number. Please make sure that you are available at the time of delivery as a signature will be required upon arrival.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally for free. Keep in mind, that our international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes required through customs clearance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our rings are made to order. Our processing time is two weeks. We will update you with tracking information as soon as it is ready to ship!
We provide secure payment options via our website. You may checkout using a credit card, or you can choose to use our financing option.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. This does not apply to custom orders, unless stated otherwise.
All orders come with our lifetime warranty card. The warranty includes prong tightening, re- polishing, rhodium plating, resizing and cleaning. If damage is caused by neglect or normal wear and tear, we will carry out a repair at cost. If an accent stone falls out of place, we will replace it as long as it occurred within the year of purchase.
