Free 30 Day Returns

At Nature Sparkle, we offer completely FREE returns on all orders within 30 days of package delivery date. If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We stand behind our jewelry and want to ensure it’s perfect.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International Returns may be charged a shipping fee, depending on region. Please note, customs and duties fees are not the responsibility of Nature Sparkle and therefore are non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

• Contact our customer service team to initiate your return/exchange.
• All products must be in original, unworn condition and include all original documents and certifications provided with the original purchase.
• Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
• Returns that are missing their original certificates (where applicable) are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
• Items that have been engraved, resized, or modified in any way by an company other than Nature Sparkle will not be accepted for return.
• Warranty Packages (3-Year and Lifetime) are not eligible for a refund of any kind and are non-transferrable.
• Custom Ring Studio and Custom Gem Studio pieces may not be eligible for a full refund. Changes to your design are allowed, within reason. Contact customer service for returns on Custom Studio pieces.
• We reserve the right to reject a Return or terminate an account if Return Abuse is found. Customers who buy repeatedly and return most or all of what they purchase may be deemed as Return Abuse.
• Refunds will be refunded to your original form of payment. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
• Our Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty applies to all products.

 

How To Return

1. Contact Our Team

   Nature Sparkle offers a FREE 30-day return policy on all U.S. orders. Contact our team via our contact form or email to initiate your return within 30 days of receipt of your package.

2. Prepare Your Return

   • Include all original packaging, boxes, packing slips, and any diamond certificates. Any orders missing their diamond certificates will be have a $100 fee withheld from their refund.
   • Enclose your jewelry inside the original jewelry box for security.
   • Place the jewelry box and all other slips/certificates inside a secure shipping box (ideally the box from your original order). Seal it and ensure it is closed and taped securely.
   • Affix your provided return label to the outside of the shipping box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered/removed.
   • For security reasons, please refrain from writing “jewelry”, “diamonds”, or other related words anywhere on the package.

3. Ship Your Return

   • Check your return label for UPS or FedEx and drop it off at the respective location. Nature Sparkle is not responsible for packages dropped off at the incorrect locations or non-UPS/FedEx staffed locations.
   • Obtain a receipt from a UPS/FedEx employee to confirm the item has been shipped. This receipt will act as proof of insurance.

 

Refund Process

• Once Nature Sparkle receives your return, our team will inspect it and verify the condition of the returned item.
• Receipt and inspection may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
• Once cleared, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
• For credit card refunds, please allow up to one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
